Our 1st annual celebration will stretch between The Growler Garage and Waltz, with live music at both businesses throughout the day.

Miles to Go will perform at The Growler Garage from 4 to 7 p.m., before Kalida takes the stage at Waltz from 7 to 9 p.m.

Away from the music, we are embracing Oktoberfest tradition with men’s and women’s stein-holding contests and a costume contest, along with a hot dog eating contest sponsored by Franko’s Hot Dogs.

And not all of the racing will involve people — The Farm Store is sponsoring a wiener dog race, putting dachshunds on the course as part of the afternoon’s festivities.

Altengartz German Sausages, Meat Hustler Nation, Korean Wagon, Teco Santo, Franko’s Hot Dogs and Great NW Ice Cream are among the food trucks expected to participate, while The Growler Garage will also serve food.

Waltz, meanwhile, will have a variety of Oktoberfest beers available.

Local vendors will offer fine art, jewelry, baked goods, specialty soda, kettle corn, shave ice, dried flower art, personalized magnets and custom trucker hats, among other items. Free face painting and henna will also be available.
